The Vanier Culture in ACTION Plan follows five years of deep and ongoing collaboration between the City of Ottawa and residents of Vanier on how best to culturally revitalize the neighbourhood. It recognizes that while Vanier faces significant challenges, it has many strengths to build upon – a rich and storied history, unique diversity, and incredible promise.
