Become a Vanier Community Association (VCA) Sponsor!
As a valued local business and community leader, we need your help to sponsor the VCA activities through the upcoming year. This will allow us to increase our impact and better meet the needs of the community. Sponsorship includes advertising with us on our website and in our monthly newsletter (which reaches over 500 addresses) and, depending on the amount of the sponsorship, recognition at community events. Available sponsorship tiers and how to contribute are outlined below.
With your support, we hope to help cover a variety of costs, such as:
- Insurance premiums so that the VCA can offer community events while being protected from risk. The City of Ottawa requires the VCA to hold $5 million in liability insurance for most activities on City land. Yet, insurance costs limit our ability to run events and undertake projects that would benefit the community, and low cost insurance options are harder and harder to find, just as they are for individuals and businesses.
- The cost associated with maintaining the website www.vanier-association.com and circulation of the monthly newsletter and costs associated with membership to ZOOM and Google platforms.
- Support for the VCA Committee’s programming and initiatives to increase their visibility and impact (Beautification, Parks and Recreation Committee, Sustainable Development and Transport Committee, Francophonie Committee, Safety Committee, Communications and Outreach Committee).
Your contribution opens many possibilities for creating a more vibrant and engaging community and ensuring that the VCA can continue to operate without membership fees, which we all understand would be a barrier to participation for many in our community.
